Hey, I'm Yash Singri. I'm a Conscious Leadership coach and facilitator for founders, senior leaders, and high-growth teams who want to achieve more without losing themselves in the process.

What I do:

The most common thing I hear from the leaders I work with: "I'm succeeding on paper, but something feels off."

The team friction, the decisions that linger, the sense that the cost of winning keeps going up — these aren't just strategic problems. They're signals from how you're showing up internally. That's where I work.

1️⃣ Coaching: I work 1:1 with founders (pre-seed to Series C), YC-backed CEOs, and mid-to-senior leaders navigating high-stakes transitions, difficult co-founder dynamics, and the emotional complexity of scaling something real. We work at the level of context — how you're showing up — not just the content in front of you. → More

2️⃣ Facilitation: I design and lead off-sites and team sessions that surface the conversations teams have been avoiding and build the kind of trust that makes high performance sustainable.

3️⃣ Fractional consulting: I help a handful of clients as a Chief of Staff with Product, Strategy, and Operations experience.

🅰️² I created Authentic Anywhere, a purpose-built community for founders, leaders, and builders who want depth, not just hustle. Currently live in Austin and the Bay Area.

A bit about my background:

▶️ Consultant at Bain & Company, advising Fortune 500 CEOs on their highest-leverage strategic challenges

▶️ Chief of Staff to the Chief Commercial Officer at Talkspace (🦄 that we took public) — helped grow the B2B org from 10 to 40 people through our NYSE IPO

▶️ Head of B2B Product Management at Thriveworks (enterprise mental health tech) — owned product, operations, and technology for a $10M+ B2B P&L

▶️ Now partnering with dozens of entrepreneurs, leaders, and C-level executives in every department of the modern tech org to help them with their highest-priority challenges.

▶️ Certified in 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership (expected July 2026), somatics, and Internal Family Systems

✍️ I recently wrote my story. It's a long read, but if you give it a go I'd love to hear what you think.
