I'm a Conscious Leadership coach and facilitator for founders, senior leaders, and high-growth teams who want to achieve without losing themselves in the process.
What I do:
One of the biggest obstacles for ambitious leaders (like you and me) usually isn't skill or strategy. It's how we’re framing the challenges we’re facing, and how we show up to them.
Leaders come to be asking about managing team friction, hitting growth targets, and managing decision velocity. Often, these are internal states disguised as strategic problems. That's where I work.
1️⃣ Coaching: I work with founders & founding teams (pre-seed to Series C), YC-backed CEOs, and mid-to-senior leaders navigating high-stakes transitions, difficult co-founder dynamics, and the emotional complexity of scaling. We work at the level of content (the issue, the story) and context (the state you meet the content from). My experience is that most content problems are context problems in disguise, i.e., if you shift the context, the content tends to resolve more easefully.
2️⃣ Facilitation & Conscious Culture Programs: I design and lead Conscious Culture Programs to build high-trust, low-drama teams that lead with Integrity. This is usually a combination of facilitated workshops/offsites, 1:1 coaching, and team coaching sessions that surface the conversations teams have been avoiding and build the trust that makes high performance sustainable.
3️⃣ Fractional Consulting: I help a handful of clients as a Chief of Staff with Product, Strategy, and Operations experience. I have 10+ years of experience as an Operator, coaching, advising, and leading teams.
