Hey! I'm Yash. I'm an executive & leadership coach (and strategic partner) for founders, leaders, and teams.

I work with clients to unblock growth across 2 areas:

1. Coaching: I help founders, leaders, and teams get unstuck and operate with more energy via play and authentic expression.
   
2. Strategic partnership & execution: I help a handful of clients as a Chief of Staff with Product, Strategy, and Operations experience.

I leverage nearly 10 years of experience partnering with hundreds of entrepreneurs, leaders, and C-level executives in every department of the modern tech org to help them with their highest-priority challenges - both as a coach and strategic consultant. The leaders I work with report:

• Nerd out on peak performance, leadership psychology, philosophy, and science fiction
• Spend time outdoors, usually hiking, playing a sport, or climbing something
  
• Wander aimlessly (I'm not very good at it 😆)
